Metlfab offers an array of plating requirements from commercial to military specifications. Chemical conversion coating is certified to MIL-C-5541, Class 1A, and Class 3.

Metlfab recycles all of their rinse water in their own wastewater treatment plant. Every finishing procedure supersedes the latest environmental regulations to protect their personnel, as well as our natural resources.

ATMA AT-600H/E Screen Printing Machine

Screen-printing is better known for smooth surface applications.Metlfab can create a silkscreen in-house using your film positive. The ATMA Model AT-600H/E, screen printing machine can be operated in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes and is ideal for frequently changing printing jobs on different materials up to a max. printing size of 600 x 750 mm.

Pad printing can be applied to various textured or contoured surfaces. The TECA TPX-500 is micrometer adjustable, 6 by 12 inch table travel.
